The Hellenic American College has been licensed by the Hellenic Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs to provide undergraduate and graduate degree programs through an Agreement of Cooperation with Hellenic American University, Manchester, New Hampshire, USA.

Hellenic American University is an American university that is chartered in the state of New Hampshire. It was established as a United States institution of higher education on May 11, 2004 through passage of an Act of the General Court of the State of New Hampshire. Hellenic American University’s undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs are approved and monitored by the New Hampshire’s Department of Education, Division of Higher Education -- Higher Education Commission.

Hellenic American University is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), Inc.through its Commission on Institutions of Higher Education. NEASC is the oldest of the six accrediting association in the USA, serving more than 2,000 public and independent schools, colleges and universities. The U.S. Secretary of Education recognizes NEASC as “a reliable authority on the quality of education for the institutions it accredits”. The Commission is also recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
