DESCRIPTION

 The BSc (Hons) Maritime Business constitutes a comprehensive programme of study in the area of Maritime Business, a key link in the global supply chain, as about 90 per cent of world trade is carried by the shipping industry.

One of the cornerstones of this programme is providing students with realistic experiences so as to acquire the necessary specialised skills on Maritime Business and helping them appreciate the complexities and particularities of modern businesses of the specific sector. During the first two years, students acquire basic knowledge on the maritime sector, while on the third year they focus on Maritime Business Management.

By exploiting the latest trends and characteristics of the Greek and international maritime market, the programme incorporates all contemporary aspects of maritime business management theory and practice, helping students develop their research skills, business intelligence, team spirit and communicative flair.
