This programme aims to prepare students for careers in shipping administration and management by developing in them, a systematic, broad, analytical and integrated understanding of key aspects of business and the maritime industry.

It also, aims to place particular emphasis on the acquisition of management skills and an understanding of human behaviour as significant vocational elements in the development of successful managers in a variety of maritime organisation.

Duration
The BA (Hons) in Business with Shipping is a 3-year full-time programme taught exclusively in the English language. Each course takes place throughout three terms (October - December, January - March and April to May) with two exam periods in May and August. Classes are offered mornings or evenings to accomodate the needs of working students.
