Program description
The BSc Business Management with a specialization in Innovation and Entrepreneurship is a three-year undergraduate program that combines comprehensive business education with specialization in the creation, development and sustainable operation of business ventures. Students gain a comprehensive understanding of the core principles of business management — from strategy and finance to marketing and organizational psychology — while delving into specialized topics such as business model design, startup financing, investment planning and sustainable innovation. It is offered full-time, in-person, online or distance learning with four intake cycles per year.

Goals
The program aims to:

  • To provide a solid foundation in the basic principles of business administration.
  • To develop the ability to analyze organizational environments, markets and business processes.
  • To equip students with problem-solving, digital and analytical skills applicable to modern business challenges.
  • To cultivate awareness of ethical, legal and sustainability issues in business practice.
  • To enable students to apply theory to practice through case studies, projects and work-related activities.
  • To support the development of transferable skills, including teamwork, communication, critical thinking and self-management.
