Our unique MA Luxury Management & Guest Experience is a postgraduate tourism and hospitality programme, aimed at immersing students in the field of luxury hospitality management, offering knowledge and skills from the practices of top industry brands, while also cultivating an overall tourism awareness and culture of hospitality, that uniquely enhances the customer experience. The MA Leading Tourism & Hospitality: Luxury Management & Guest Experience has been developed in collaboration with the University of Derby, a TOP3 UK University for Hospitality, Tourism and Events studies (Guardian University Guide 2023) and with the contribution of leading professionals – members of the School of Tourism & Hospitality’s Advisory Board at the College. It allows students to delve into all aspects of tourism and hospitality management, enabling them to focus on the areas they prefer to specialise in and apply their knowledge in the real world.
