Program description
The MSc Leadership & Management in Healthcare is a specialized postgraduate program designed for healthcare professionals and aspiring leaders who wish to lead effectively in dynamic, complex and interprofessional healthcare environments. It combines leadership theory with practical application, responding to contemporary challenges such as workforce sustainability, digital innovation, patient safety and healthcare reform. The program is offered full-time and part-time, in-person, online or distance learning, with four intakes per year.
