Program description
The MSc Leadership & Management is a modern postgraduate program designed for aspiring and current leaders who wish to deepen their understanding of leadership principles, develop their managerial skills and drive meaningful change in their organizations. It combines academic theory with practical experiences, incorporating contemporary issues of digital transformation, innovation and ethical leadership. The program is offered in full-time and part-time study, in person, online or distance learning, with four intake cycles per year.
